| Model: HBS-4 S/N: 29415006 Year: 1984 Price: P.O.R. This machine is built by WAFIOS of Germany under a license from TIMESAVERS. The machine is designed to machine Aluminum Housings on both sides. The HBS-4 has two machining heads (roughing & finishing ) and four rotary worktables. The worktables are indexed into position on a horizontal dial index turret. Side A of the housing is machined on worktables 1 & 2 and Side B is machined on worktables 3 & 4. The horizontal worktables allow most parts to be fixtured in "drop in" or nesting type fixtures, eliminating the need for clamping.
